BRAD BARROS

Brad Barros is the managing director and cofounder of Attainium Capital Development Advisors, LLC, a global risk management consulting firm. He has over 25 years of experience helping high and ultra-high net worth individuals, and successful middle market and public companies. Brad’s expertise is in educating attorneys, CPA’s and clients in the benefits and opportunities made available through proprietary risk and capital finance strategies and structures. Brad works with clients and their advisors to develop tailored programs, helping families and businesses protect their wealth, and that of their future generations.

Brad began his career in 1986, at the Leaton Financial Group, in Manhattan. He graduated to join New England Life, a large Boston based insurance firm now owned by MET Life. Later, he founded Walters and Barros, LLC (“W&B”). At W&B he created a mutual fund management system through the Fidelity Funds for educators at the University of Delaware. Brad also developed two national networks of advisors, one of which provided financial planning services for the 30,000 + member Oxford Club.

In 2003 Brad co-founded a leading boutique group casualty insurance company. Most recently, he was instrumental in the development of an international joint venture with a NYSE listed accounting firm.

Brad enjoys sailing, skiing, and spending time with his family.
